Word Problems..... It all adds up

Found these on the Futility Closet blog... I use to love these in my youth...remember send+more=money???  sort of the same only the words in this one add up...  a nice plus.

    The second is also ambiguous, O and N may be 6 and 4 or 4 and 6.
