Ahem! Twelve is also the length of smallest Pythagorean primitive triple right triangle. It is a unique triangle because it is the only Pythagorean primitive triangle whose area is half the perimeter. The 3,4,5 right triangle is a favorite of masons and carpenters going back for thousands of years. It should be the friend and companion of every math(s) student...in my humble opinion of course :)
